Bio-Conservation Club 2024 Annual Report Now Available

We are pleased to announce the release of our 2024 Annual Report, a comprehensive summary of the Bio-Conservation Club’s achievements, impact, and progress in advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 4, 6, 11, 13, 14 & 15) across communities in Cameroon.

In 2024, we deepened our work in ecosystem restoration, youth empowerment, and environmental education—ensuring that communities are not only informed but actively involved in protecting nature and building resilience.

📌 Key Achievements Include:

  • 🌱 Over 6,000 mangrove saplings planted in 4 coastal communities in Bimbia-Tiko
  • 🧒 Engagement of 300+ secondary school students in bird conservation education
  • 💧 Hands-on water innovation training for 50 students at GHS Motombolombo
  • 🎓 Training of 10+ university students in advanced environmental data collection
  • 🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Sensitization of 300+ community members on mangrove and biodiversity protection

💡 These initiatives were made possible thanks to our generous partners including Purpose Earth, iEarth, Swarovski Water School, International Bird Conservation Partnership, and our dedicated volunteers and communities.
